Sérgio Mendes is a Brazilian musician who plays bossa nova heavily crossed with jazz and funk. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song as co-writer of the song “Real in Rio” from the animated film Rio. Come join the celebraiton of the 50th Anniversary of his band Brasil ’66, live on our stage!
